About the Council Member: My family and I live and work in Bel Aire. I have owned Heartland Animal Hospital on Woodlawn since 2000. My wife and brother, Dr Bill Breault, also work at the veterinary hospital as well. We are truly a family owned and run business. I have a pretty diverse education. My first career was as a welder. I later worked as a computer programmer before pursing my true passion, which is veterinary medicine.
