Vendor Application

  2. *Promotional/Non-profit booth vendors are those who market their product, business or services only and are not selling an item at the Festival.

  3. Vendors are responsible for all necessary set-up materials (tents, tables, chairs, displays, etc.) unless otherwise noted. Event instructions and details will be sent out 1-2 weeks before the event.

  4. Space Preferred:*

    This does not guarantee that you will be inside or outside. Number of vendors, space required, and weather will determine the vendor fair location. All food vendors will be located outside.

  5. Thank you for participating in the City of Bel Aire Fall Festival.
