A new study from NerdWallet, a consumer advocacy site, lists Bel Aire as the 4th Best place for Homeownership in Kansas!  The data included  affordability, population growth and homeownership rates.

                                          

 


Helpful Tips on watering your lawn

Please remember to turn off your sprinklers the day after we have received a large amount of rain. This will help save money and conserve water. As water becomes more valuable the City of Bel Aire wishes to protect our valuable resource.

According to the new rankings by Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC

Bel Aire was ranked as the #1 suburb in Sedgwick County and #7 in the state of Kansas!

Suburbs were ranked based on access to amenities, proximity to good schools, average commute times and community safety. According to the survey, suburbanites are more likely to eat in, commute to work, own their homes, and dedicate weekends to home improvement and do-it-yourself d├ęcor projects.
