Dog Waste Station

New Dog Waste Stations
The Bel Aire Recreation Center seems to be the place for residents to bring their dogs especially during this pandemic. Most are responsible owners who obey Bel Aire’s leash law and clean up after their own dogs. Those things being said there are a few who don’t clean up after their dogs. It is not the responsibility of city staff to clean up after resident’s dogs. Dog Waste Stations have now been installed at the Recreation Center as in other city parks to assist residents in being responsible pet owners. Please help the city pass the word on.

40th Anniversary Celebrations Come to a Close
Bel Aire Then & Now was an evening of viewing exhibits of Bel Aires 40 years as a city and to take a look back at our history. Bel Aire Recreation and Bel Aire Police Department teamed up to have our first ever Bel Aire Egg Drop. Eggs got bagged and dropped off at homes before the holiday. The first 4th of July event was full of fun for all including lawn games, music, food, and fireworks. This  year’s Fall Fun Day was full of fun for all! Including a car show, vendor fair, live music, food, kids activities & digital contest. Santa stopped in Bel Aire for our holiday event to wave at cars driving by to look at the holiday light display. We ended our 40th anniversary celebrations with a fireworks show! Thank you to everyone that came out to help celebrate our 40th anniversary!
