Water main issues near Auburn and Memphis cause larger area of homes to have water shut off for the day

Issues have caused the water main valve replacement shutoff to affect more residences than originally planned. The original shutoff plan was for portions of Auburn and Memphis and those residents were notified beforehand.

Affected streets now include Kenawee, Janesville, Clarendon, Bellmore, Odessa, Memphis, and Auburn streets. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused surrounding residents who were not in the planned shutoff area but are now without water.

We are working to restore water to this area, but the outage may continue until 5 p.m. today (July 23, 2024).
